Vania has experience assisting individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, helping them to develop healthy coping skills. Vania works with youth and adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, unhealthy relationship with self, interpersonal relationship difficulties, identity issues, life transitions, and trauma.
