    Here at Lotus Holistic Therapy Center, we believe in therapeutic treatment that will impact every part of you. This means that in addition to traditional mental health support, we are here to offer yoga support– to include breath work, meditation, philosophy and asana suggestions as requested; along with integrative nutrition wellness and health coaching.

    Here, we know that mental health is about supporting every part of you, and we intend to do just that.


    With couples therapy, you’ll learn how to communicate your feelings and needs, and get what you want out of your relationship.

    It does not matter if you are a newlywed, recently engaged, or just looking to take your relationship to the next level– couple’s therapy is for you.


    Do you experience distressing emotions that appear to you, and perhaps to others, to be excessive given the current situation? Do you tend to be highly reactive to certain triggers? Is there one or more dysfunctional belief that you believe about yourself that on an intellectual level you know is not true?

    If so, you may still be a good candidate for EMDR therapy.


    Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, or MBCT, combines the ideas of cognitive therapy with meditative practices and attitudes based on the cultivation of mindfulness.

    Evidence indicates that mindfulness-based therapy may reduce the rate of depressive relapse by 50%.


    Telehealth allows us to provide counseling and therapy to our clients via live video conferencing. This can be done anywhere you have a computer or smartphone.


    Research has proven psychotherapy to be the most effective form of treatment for trauma. 

    Trauma symptoms include:

    • Hyperarousal
