Please join us beginning Thursday evenings January 2022 for a meditation group with our Wellness Coordinator, Lashari. Groups will last a total of 30 minutes. Prior to each group, you will have the opportunity to express to us what it is you would like to work through, so that we can make the experience as individualized as possible and beneficial for our participants.
Why should I join?
Here at LHTC we are aware that there are a variety of benefits to meditative practice, some of which are listed below:
